FREE RETURNS ON ELIGIBLE ITEMS

At YINAN, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items:

Standard pre-orders

Fully paid standard pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Email info@yinan.nyc with your order number and the items to cancel. The time we receive your request determines whether it was made before shipment.

Standard pre-orders are also eligible for returns requested within 14 days of delivery, under the condition and return-process requirements below. The return window starts on delivery, not on the order date. Our free return shipping and no-restocking-fee terms apply. Standard pre-order status alone does not make an item final sale; personalized, made-to-order and couture pieces remain subject to their separately stated terms.

Eligibility:

  • Request your return within 14 days of delivery.
  • For our standard return policy, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Statutory cancellation rights are explained below.

Initiate the Return:

  • Contact our customer service at info@yinan.nyc to get a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return for a prompt response.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use the supplied label within 5 business days, or contact us if you need a replacement label. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. This does not shorten any statutory return period.

Inspection and Processing:

  • Returns will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Non-returnable product categories:

  • Personalized products.
  • Made-to-order and couture products clearly marked as final sale or not eligible for return on their product pages.
  • Other products clearly marked as final sale or not eligible for return on their product pages.

These exclusions apply to change-of-mind returns except where applicable law provides a right to cancel. Please review the product page before ordering. Our 14-day return policy applies to other eligible products.

If a final-sale or personalized item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@yinan.nyc immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. Non-compliant returns may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Statutory consumer rights:

Nothing in this policy limits your rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If EU or UK consumer cancellation rights apply to your order, you may notify us at info@yinan.nyc within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason, and send the goods back within a further 14 days. Final-sale labels do not remove these rights. Exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For these statutory cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever comes first. Our free return shipping offer applies. Any mandatory rights take precedence over conflicting conditions above.

To cancel, you can email your order number, the items concerned, the date ordered or received, and your name and address, with a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
